Our custom cutting tables were built specifically by Draco to accommodate fabric widths of up to 4 metres, allowing us to handle oversized contract work and large-format installations. Designed to integrate directly with our fully digital workflow, these tables feature modern touch-screen systems that transmit exact CAD measurements directly to the cutting head, achieving unmatched data accuracy and zero fabric distortion.

 Dedicated 7,000 Sq. Ft. Pleated Department & Benthin Tooling

Following our major warehouse expansion, our pleated blind department is housed in a dedicated, custom-equipped facility. We have invested heavily in specialised Benthin engineering tools, giving us the unique manufacturing flexibility and accuracy required to build bespoke cellular systems. This advanced setup allows us to cut, shape, and tension complex architectural window designs—such as ApexShade™ and LanternShade™—with absolute precision.

 Micro Pneumatics VB-1 System (For Vertical Blinds)

To guarantee rapid turnaround times without sacrificing finish, our vertical blinds are prepared utilising the Micro Pneumatics VB-1 machine. This high-scale machinery ensures mathematically identical louvre lengths and perfect hanger positioning. Every vertical fabric hem is professionally sewn rather than glued, ensuring a durable, premium finish that can withstand rigorous commercial use and keep your customers happy.
